Invitation Trading Project

Spot trading account​

Every trader who got invite to trade with Spot Trading project need to familiarize themselves with Quantower, we will give out API KEY for you to connect with FTX on Quantower for more info about Quantower visit https://www.quantower.com/ and https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCQfYohuVnHbFiLhO6pVdJLw

  • Trader needs to register account on https://www.mudley.io and have information fill out in the profile page.

  • Initial trading budget will be different for each trader.

  • Trade only Spot product. Visit FTX for full list of Spot products https://ftx.com/markets/spot

  • Cut loss can be done using only excess cash flow from total asset.

  • When wrong product type is traded, trader should close that position immediately.

Payoff​

  • Trader will get 45% from total payoff, 5% for tax, and 50% for Mudley.

  • We will payoff in USDC. Trader will need to update their SPL wallet address under their profile in https://www.mudley.io

  • Trader can notice us for payoff when Net Asset Value (NAV) is above trader's total asset, only the excess cash flow from trader's total asset will be calculate for payoff.

  • Trader can choose either to notice us for weekly payoff via payoff notice form within Friday 23:59 or not, we will transfer payoff within 48 hours, any amount is accepted within the excess of NAV.

  • Trader will need to prepare USDC equivalent to amount that notice us, otherwise we will have to sell some of the holding asset to match with the notice amount.

  • Last day of the month is mandatory for payoff, we will require a 30% from excess NAV to payoff.

  • For the weekly payoff, we will mark up NAV at 23:59 on Friday, if trader have doesn't have enough excess NAV for the payoff equivalent to the payoff notice, we will payoff excess NAV according to the system mark up at 23:59 on Friday

Spot trading account agreement​

  • MUDLEY world intend to give invitees opportunity to build wealth sustainably, it is the reason why we allow only spot trading.

  • Traders that payoff consistently will be offered more budget to trade when there’s a new budget provided.

  • Trader that trade in wrong conditions such as, trading other product that is not spot or cut loss using initial budget and including not actively trading, we will seize your trading account.
